This personalized interval training program  utilizes light
weights, bands, and physio balls which can be utilized easily at
home or your local gym. Stretch routines will also be provided
to help ensure an injury free regimen.

Ed has been a part of the
UNH Rec Center team since 2006.

In addition to one on one PFT work, he instructs various group
classes that include Punk Rope, Run & Stretch, Strength &
Stretch, and Cycle (Spin).  Past clients have ranged in age and
ability from 20 to over 60; from rugby players to sedentary.
Routines generally focus on overall functionality to improve a range of tasks
from competing in triathlons to walking up stairs more effortlessly.
Programs feature balanced routines that address cardio and flexibility
concerns within a strength training focused model that emphasis core stability.
Target Heart Rates, Nutritional advice, and more to be included in
personalized packages.
Most importantly, personalized routines provide specific approaches on how
to best achieve these targets most efficiently.

FREE CONSULTATION
Consultation will provide insight into managing pre-existing injuries, while
preventing future ailments. Based on an initial survey, one of the programs will
be recommended. The rationale for this recommendation will be explained in full.
This explanation will allow purchasers to make a safe and informed decision
regarding the program they will undertake.
